We invited over our across-the-street neighbours for dinner and made a ton of food -- lentil curry, hummous, chapati, garlic beet greens, beets and dates. Unfortunately, our neighbours realized they had a previous engagement so I was left with Esme and Roska to eat all the food. And man did we eat. And eat. We couldn't move from the table afterward.
