That's right. Vegetarian poutine. Thought it didn't exist, didn't you? So did the guy at Patati Patata when we asked if his poutine was veg. This is exactly what he said "Ha, vegetarian poutine? Doesn't exist! Vous ne la trouverai pas!" So two doors down at a little halal pizza place, they have veggie poutine. He even let us read the ingredients on the gravy. We thought he was seriously pulling our leg when he answered "Yes of course!" to our "Is your poutine vegetarian?"
I mean, really?
